This Rosé bubbly brings forth the best of the five Puget Sound grapes we worked with here at Perennial Vintners in 2020 - Zweigelt (46%), Melon de Bourgogne (19%), Siegerrebe (9%), Pinot Noir (9%), and Fruhburgunder (17% -- a German sport of Pinot Noir) - thus why we selected a picture of five flowers on this label.

This is a dry, light salmon colored bubbly that greets your nose with the aromatics of Rainier Cherries, Mountain Strawberries, tropical notes of lychee and rosehips. The aromatics are true to the palate with the added structure of a mineral finish laced with citrus.
