Deep Chocolate Mousse


6-8 servings


1 6oz package semisweet chocolate chips

2 Tbsp coffee liqueur

1 Tbsp fresh orange juice

2 eggs

2 egg yolks

1 tsp vanilla

cup sugar

1 cup whipping cream

Whipping cream and shaved chocolate for garnish


Melt chocolate chips with coffee liqueur in top of double boiler over low heat. Meanwhile, combine orange juice, eggs, egg yolks, vanilla and sugar in food processor or blender. Add chocolate mixture and blend thoroughly. Pour in cream and mix again. Divide mousse among dessert dishes. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Garnish with whipped cream and shaved chocolate, and serve with Perennial Vintners Ichigo strawberry dessert wine.
